Every other question is welcome: our team replies to written enquiries within the hour, at contact@dbsexperience.com.
Requesting a proposal, confirming a chauffeured journey, and adjusting it once it is booked.
As soon as your dates are settled. Forty-eight hours is comfortable, and same-day requests are accepted subject to availability.
Advance notice secures the vehicle you actually want. During Paris peak weeks, fleets across the city are committed well ahead: Fashion Week, Roland-Garros, the Paris Air Show, major trade fairs and the year-end season.
For a single transfer, a day's notice is usually sufficient. For a multi-vehicle operation, a roadshow or a group transfer, we ask for as much notice as you can give, since the coordination matters more than the cars.
Request a quotationBy quotation form, telephone or email. Every request receives a reply within the hour.
Every quotation is prepared personally by a member of our Paris team. It states the vehicle category, the chauffeur's hours, tolls and parking where applicable, and the conditions attached to the booking.
Reach us on +33 1 47 20 87 11 or at contact@dbsexperience.com, and ask us on WhatsApp at +33 7 87 15 53 52 for any information. Our office answers around the clock, every day of the year.
Seven details are enough to confirm most journeys.
✦Passenger name and mobile number
✦Date and time of collection
✦Pick-up and drop-off addresses
✦Flight or train number, where relevant
✦Number of passengers and pieces of luggage
✦Vehicle category
✦Any particular request: child seat, additional luggage vehicle, language spoken, quiet cabin
Your written confirmation restates all of it, together with the chauffeur's details, which are sent ahead of the journey.
Yes. Modifications are accepted subject to vehicle availability, under the cancellation conditions confirmed in writing with your reservation.
Times, addresses, passenger names and vehicle categories can be changed. Write to contact@dbsexperience.com quoting your booking reference, or telephone the office for a change taking effect the same day.
Cancellation terms depend on the service booked and on how close the request comes to the collection time. They appear on your confirmation, and we will always tell you where you stand before you decide.
Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Le Bourget and the Parisian stations. Where you are met, and what happens when a schedule moves.
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, at the exit from baggage reclaim, with a name board.
The exact meeting point is confirmed by message before you land, terminal by terminal, because CDG 1, CDG 2A to 2F and Orly 1 to 4 each behave differently. Your chauffeur's name and mobile number travel with that message.
With our VIP Meet & Greet service, an agent meets you earlier in the sequence, at the aircraft door or at the entrance to immigration, and accompanies you through the airport to the car.
Discover VIP Meet & GreetYes. Every airport booking is monitored against the airline's live schedule, from departure to touchdown.
If your aircraft lands two hours late, the collection moves with it. If it lands early, the chauffeur is repositioned. Everything is adjusted for you.
The one message worth sending is a change of flight number, the single element our tracking relies on you for.
Complimentary waiting time is included on every airport arrival, counted from the actual landing time rather than the scheduled one.
The allowance appears on your confirmation. Beyond it, waiting is charged in fifteen-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.
Immigration queues and delayed baggage are precisely what the allowance exists for. If you are held at the border, one message to the chauffeur is enough.
Yes. We operate daily at Paris-Le Bourget and coordinate directly with the FBO handling agents.
For private aviation the car is positioned planeside where the handler authorises it, or at the FBO lounge entrance. Our office confirms the tail number, the stand and the handling company in advance, and follows the ATC slot in the same way we follow a commercial flight.
The same coordination applies to the Parisian stations. Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, Gare de l'Est, Saint-Lazare, Montparnasse and Austerlitz each have a confirmed meeting point on the platform or at the head of the concourse.
Private aviation transfersTransfers, chauffeur at your disposal, journeys beyond Paris, and operations involving several vehicles.
A transfer takes you from one address to another. A chauffeur at your disposal keeps the vehicle and the chauffeur with you for a defined number of hours.
Choose a transfer when the itinerary is known and single: an airport arrival, a hotel to a dinner, a station to an office.
Choose hourly hire when the day is fluid: several appointments, unpredictable timings, belongings left in the car, a companion waiting between stops. It is billed by time rather than by distance, which is what makes it the calmer option for a working day.
Chauffeur at your disposalYes, and we recommend it for any stay of more than two days.
Continuity is worth more than it appears. By the second morning your chauffeur knows the temperature you prefer, the entrance your hotel actually uses, whether you take calls in the car, and which route spares you the school traffic at half past eight.
French driving-time regulations apply, and for long consecutive days we plan a relay chauffeur so that the same standard of alertness is maintained throughout.
Multi-day chauffeur serviceYes. Full-day private excursions and long-distance journeys across France and into neighbouring countries.
The regular destinations are Versailles, the Champagne houses, the Loire châteaux, Giverny, the Normandy landing beaches, Mont Saint-Michel, Deauville, Burgundy and Chartres. Departure time, pace and stops are yours to set, and the vehicle stays with you all day.
Beyond France, we drive to Brussels, London, Geneva and Courchevel, with the same chauffeur throughout rather than a change of operator at the border.
Private excursionsYes. Financial roadshows, corporate events, congresses and delegations are coordinated from our Paris office, with two people at most as your contacts for the whole operation.
On a roadshow, timing governs everything: cars positioned before the meeting ends, chauffeurs briefed on the full itinerary, an amended running order passed to every chauffeur at once. That coordination is the service. The vehicle is its visible part.
For delegations we combine sedans, vans, minibuses of nineteen seats and mini-coaches of twenty-eight seats under a single schedule.
Roadshow coordination
Paris · Ready for collection
Choosing the right category, and knowing before departure that everything and everyone will fit.
Choose by the number of passengers first, then by luggage. Our fleet is organised in six categories.
✦Executive Sedans · Mercedes E-Class · up to 3 passengers, 3 cases
✦Luxury Sedans · Mercedes S-Class LWB and BMW 7 Series LWB · up to 3 passengers, 2 cases
✦Luxury SUVs · Range Rover Vogue Autobiography LWB · up to 3 passengers, 5 cases
✦Executive Vans and MPVs · Mercedes V-Class XL · up to 7 passengers, 7 cases
✦Executive and Luxury Minibuses · Mercedes Sprinter · up to 19 passengers, 12 cases
✦Cargo Van · Mercedes Vito · luggage only, available alongside your passenger vehicle
The fleet counts more than twenty-five vehicles. If your requirement sits between two categories, tell us what you are carrying and we will advise you plainly.
See the fleetTwo large cases in an S-Class, seven in a V-Class XL, and five in a Range Rover Vogue LWB.
Those figures assume full-size cases. Cabin bags, garment carriers, golf equipment, ski bags, camera cases and instruments occupy space differently, and it is worth telling us what you are actually travelling with.
When passengers and luggage compete for the same vehicle, we send a Mercedes Vito cargo van alongside. Your guests travel in the car they expected, and the cases follow.
Yes, at no additional charge, in every category. Please request them when you book.
Tell us the age and approximate weight of each child and we will fit the appropriate seat: rear-facing infant carrier, forward-facing seat or booster. The seats are installed and checked before the vehicle leaves for collection, well before it reaches you.
French law requires an approved restraint for every child under ten, and our chauffeurs apply it every time.
Yes to both, when we know in advance.
For a passenger with reduced mobility, a Mercedes V-Class XL offers the easiest access, with a step height and door aperture that make boarding effortless. Folding wheelchairs travel in the vehicle. Your chauffeur assists from the door of the building to the door of the car, and accompanies you to the terminal or lobby on arrival.
Pets travel with pleasure. Small animals in a carrier, larger dogs on a protective cover we fit before departure. Assistance dogs are welcome in every vehicle at any time.
Who is driving, what they are trained to do, and what remains inside the car.
Our chauffeurs are licensed professionals of the House, background-checked and trained in-house before driving a client. In very high season, during certain major international events and for journeys in other French cities or abroad, hand-picked partners may join them, working under the DBS EXPERIENCE name and to the same House charter.
Selection looks at professional driving history, command of languages, presentation and, above all, temperament. Technique can be taught. Composure in front of a delayed executive at seven in the morning is a matter of character.
Induction covers defensive driving, protocol at palace hotels and private terminals, discretion, luggage handling and the geography of Paris beyond what a navigation screen shows. More than thirty professional chauffeurs work with the House.
Meet our chauffeursYes. English-speaking chauffeurs are assigned as standard to international clients, and other languages are available on request.
Our team covers French and English throughout, with chauffeurs speaking Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Portuguese and Russian among them. Ask when booking and we will assign accordingly, subject to availability.
For a full-day excursion where the conversation matters as much as the road, we can also arrange an accredited private guide alongside the chauffeur.
Yes. Discretion is a condition of employment.
Chauffeurs are bound by confidentiality regarding passenger identities, addresses, itineraries and anything said in the vehicle. What they see and hear stays with them.
Booking data is held only as long as operations and accounting require. Confidentiality agreements are signed on request, and unmarked vehicles are the standard.
Safety and confidentialityYes. Transport Licence No. EVTC075180190, issued by the French Ministry of Transport.
DBS EXPERIENCE has operated from Paris since 2009 under SIRET 828 106 393 00048, registered with the Paris Commercial Court under RCS Paris B 828 106 393. Every vehicle carries full commercial passenger transport insurance.
The fleet is maintained on manufacturer schedules by approved workshops, and vehicles are prepared and inspected before each assignment.
What happens when the day moves, which is most days.
Your chauffeur waits. On hourly hire, additional time is added in fifteen-minute increments at the agreed rate.
The chauffeur remains at your disposal and our office adjusts the rest of the day around the delay, including any vehicle expected after yours.
On a point-to-point transfer, an overrun of more than a few minutes is generally better served by converting the booking to hourly hire, which our team can do while you are still upstairs.
Yes. Tell your chauffeur directly.
Additional stops and changes of destination are accommodated as the day requires. Where a change alters the service materially, for instance a Paris transfer that becomes a journey to Deauville, our office confirms the revised price to you in writing before the vehicle leaves the city.
Every addition to your account is confirmed to you beforehand.
Yes. Telephone the office on +33 1 47 20 87 11 for any change taking effect within the next few hours.
Use the telephone for same-day changes, since it reaches the coordinator who is holding your booking.
Our office is staffed twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year, including the nights when flights actually land.
Call your chauffeur on the number sent to you before the journey, or call the office, which knows exactly where the vehicle is.
You receive the chauffeur's name, telephone number and vehicle registration in advance of every journey. At an airport, stay at the meeting point stated in your message, since the chauffeur is coming to you.
Our coordinators track every vehicle in service and can put you in contact within moments, at any hour.
How settlement works, what appears on the invoice, and what happens when plans change.
By secure payment link, card or bank transfer. The price is agreed before the journey and stays fixed.
Your quotation states the full amount, tolls, parking and taxes included. The price is independent of any meter, of demand and of traffic. Only a change you request yourself, such as an added stop or extra hours, alters the total, and it is confirmed to you in writing first.
Corporate clients and partners may settle monthly on account. Gratuities are entirely at your discretion.
Advance settlement is standard for first bookings and for peak-period reservations. Established accounts are invoiced afterwards.
A secure payment link is sent with your confirmation and takes a moment to complete. Your payment details are held by our payment provider alone.
Once you have travelled with us, an account can be opened, with invoicing after your journeys.
Yes. A compliant French invoice is issued for every journey and may be made out to a company, an agency or a third party.
Give us the billing entity, the address and the VAT number when you book, together with any purchase order or cost-centre reference your finance department requires. It will appear on the document.
Our VAT number is FR05828106393. Companies booking regularly can receive a consolidated invoice, with a line for each chauffeured journey.
Cancellation conditions depend on the service and are stated in writing on your confirmation before you commit.
As a general rule, a transfer cancelled with reasonable notice is free of charge, while a cancellation close to the collection time, or after the chauffeur has been dispatched, is charged in whole or in part. Bespoke operations, groups and multi-vehicle days carry their own terms, which we set out at the quotation stage.
A no-show means a passenger who neither appears nor makes contact once the included waiting time has elapsed. A diverted or cancelled flight is treated as a change of plan.
For executive assistants, travel managers, agencies, concierges, DMCs, family offices and event planners.
Yes. Third-party bookings are a substantial part of what we do, and the process is built for them.
You book, we operate, and you decide how visible you wish to be. Confirmations can go to you alone, to your passenger alone, or to both. The invoice follows whichever entity you nominate, independently of who travels.
Your passenger receives the chauffeur's details directly, which spares you the relay of messages at six in the morning. You receive confirmation that they were collected.
For travel professionalsYes. Corporate accounts include agreed rates, several authorised bookers, invoicing arranged with your finance team, and two people at most as your contacts.
Bookings arrive by email, telephone or through your assistant, and are confirmed against your account without payment details being re-entered each time. Cost centres, purchase orders and traveller names can be carried through to the invoice for your reconciliation.
Our Partners programme recognises regular collaboration, with terms set out when the account is opened.
Corporate accountsYes. We work daily with Parisian palaces, luxury travel designers, DMCs, family offices and private concierge houses.
What prescribers ask of us is consistency: the same standard at four in the morning as at four in the afternoon, with every detail anticipated for their client. When a house entrusts us with a guest, its own reputation travels in the car.
Trade terms, priority booking and a named contact are set out under our Partners programme. Write to contact@dbsexperience.com to open a collaboration.
Who we serveYes. From a delegation of six to transfers of several hundred guests, coordinated from a single schedule.
Sedans, vans, nineteen-seat minibuses and twenty-eight-seat mini-coaches are combined according to arrival waves, and a coordinator is assigned to the operation. For large events we provide an on-site dispatcher, marshalled loading points and a running order shared with your team in advance.
Congresses, corporate conventions, sporting fixtures, fashion events, weddings and private dinners are regular ground for us.
Group and event transportAn answer is only worth the operation that supports it. Four disciplines allow us to state these commitments plainly.
Live schedule monitoring
Flights, private aviation slots and train arrivals are followed in real time. Collection times move with the aircraft, rather than with the timetable it was meant to keep.
A staffed office, day and night
Coordinators are at the desk twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year. Written enquiries receive a considered reply within the hour.
Chauffeurs of the House
More than thirty professional chauffeurs, selected, trained and briefed by us. At peak times, and for journeys in other cities or abroad, hand-picked partners work under our name and to the same House standard.
Preparation before departure
Vehicle checked, route studied, building entrance identified, child seat fitted. The work that makes a journey look effortless happens before you see the car.
