The difficulty is ours. The simplicity is yours.
Five accounts of chauffeured journeys arranged in Paris and beyond, told from the moment the request arrived to the moment the last guest was seen off. Names are withheld. Everything that demonstrates how the House works has been kept.

Paris · Since 2009
A journey that goes well looks effortless. That impression is the result of decisions taken hours, sometimes days, in advance: where a vehicle waits rather than circulates, which access is used at a given hour, how a schedule change reaches every chauffeur concerned at once, so that each passenger hears it only once.
These accounts are written to make that preparation visible. Each one begins with a client situation rather than with our own presentation, states plainly what made the arrangement demanding, explains the choices we made, and closes on what was delivered. We are a client-centric House: the measure of our work is the certainty felt by the person travelling and by the person who arranged the journey on their behalf.
We prepare for what is likely to change
Schedules move. Flights shift. Meetings overrun. Every arrangement is built with that assumption.
We coordinate so that you can step back
Two people at most hold the whole picture, from the first collection to the final departure.
We protect two reputations at once
That of the guest travelling, and that of the professional who entrusted us with the journey.

A schedule revised daily
An international financial institution asked the House to take charge of every ground transfer during a roadshow in Paris. The executives were expected at investor meetings spread across the 8th arrondissement, La Défense and Neuilly, travelling in separate pairs on separate agendas. Some arrived by private aviation on the first morning; the group departed from two different airports on the final evening.
The request reached us from the executive assistant of the group, who had a single objective: to spend her day on her own work rather than on rebuilding a transport plan.
A roadshow schedule is a living document. A meeting overruns, another is added at short notice, a third moves across the city at the very hour when Paris is slowest to cross. Waiting outside is rarely possible: several of the addresses concerned have limited standing space, and access at La Défense is regulated and calls for precise local knowledge.
Two further constraints applied. Conversations held on board were confidential. And each pair of executives was in a different place at any given moment, which meant parallel plans, one for each pair, had to remain consistent with one another throughout the day.
We gave the assistant two contacts at most, led by one coordinator, so that a single message would reach every chauffeur concerned. Each chauffeur was briefed the evening before, on a run sheet listing addresses, access points, contacts, expected waiting positions and the buffer to be observed before each cross-city move.
Rather than have vehicles circulate between appointments, we identified authorised waiting positions close to each address, which allowed a departure within moments of a meeting ending. Access at La Défense was verified in advance with the sites concerned. A reserve vehicle was kept available throughout, so that an added meeting could always be met calmly.
On board, a quiet protocol applied: partition closed on request, silence by default, conversation left to the passenger, the chauffeur's telephone on silent. This protocol is what allows an executive to work between two appointments.
✦Every scheduled meeting attended, on time.
✦Every schedule change absorbed within the arrangement already in place, each request made only once by the assistant.
✦The same two contacts from the first collection to the final departure.
✦Two departures from two airports on the closing evening, both confirmed to the assistant before the executives left their last meeting.
Behind the journey
Chauffeur briefing held the evening before each day, in person.
Access points and authorised waiting positions verified with each site.
Buffer time set individually for each cross-city move rather than applied uniformly.
A shared schedule updated by the assistant and mirrored by our coordinator.
Reserve vehicle and chauffeur held for the whole engagement.
Debrief at the end of each day, before the next day was confirmed.

Flight time moved after departure
A private aviation operator entrusted us with the ground arrangements for a principal arriving at Paris-Le Bourget with guests, to be taken to a hotel in the 8th arrondissement, then to a private address that evening. Luggage was substantial, which called for a second vehicle rather than a compromise on comfort.
For an aviation partner, ground transport is the part of the journey they entrust to others and are nonetheless judged on. That is the responsibility we were asked to carry.
The aircraft left ahead of schedule and the estimated arrival moved forward by several hours while the flight was in the air. An arrival that had been planned for a quiet part of the afternoon now fell within one of the busiest windows of the Parisian day.
At a private terminal, formalities are brief. A principal forms an opinion at the terminal doors, within seconds, and that opinion concerns the whole journey.
Flights are monitored by our operations team from the moment a private aviation arrival is confirmed, well ahead of the scheduled landing time. The change was seen as it happened, and both chauffeurs were repositioned before the aircraft entered French airspace.
We contacted the handling agent directly to confirm the terminal, the stand and the door through which the party would appear, and agreed with them that luggage would be transferred while the principal was still inside. The hotel was informed that the arrival would now be several hours early, so that the room and the welcome would be ready rather than merely promised.
The operator was told once, in a single message, that the change had been taken care of. Every decision stayed with us.
✦Both vehicles in position before the aircraft landed.
✦Principal met at the terminal doors, with luggage already in transfer.
✦Hotel arrival well ahead of the original plan, with the room prepared.
✦Every decision handled by our team, leaving the aviation partner free all day.
Behind the journey
Flight tracking opened at confirmation, well ahead of the scheduled landing hour.
Terminal, stand and exit door confirmed directly with the handling agent.
Second vehicle assigned to luggage from the outset.
Hotel and private address both advised of the revised timing.
One message to the partner, with every question settled on our side.

Arrivals spread over two airports
An international group holding a corporate gathering in Paris asked us to take charge of the transfers of a delegation arriving from several countries. Senior executives travelled individually and were to be received accordingly. The wider delegation arrived in groups, at both Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly, spread across more than a day.
Collective transfers followed: the venue in the morning, a dinner in the evening, departures on the final day.
Group transport is decided on the margins rather than in the middle. One delayed flight, one guest who clears the terminal thirty minutes after the others, one departure waiting on two passengers still on their way. Multiply that by a delegation arriving on many flights and the plan becomes a matter of arbitration rather than execution.
The organisers also needed the two registers to remain distinct: an individual reception for the executives, an efficient and unhurried collective transfer for everyone else. The same standard, expressed in two different ways.
We grouped the arrivals into waves built around the actual landing times rather than around the guest list, and assigned to each wave a vehicle sized to it. Guests arriving close together shared a minibus; those arriving alone were met alone. A greeter was present in the arrivals hall for each wave, so that every guest was welcomed by name.
For the collective transfers, departures were staged from a single announced point at the venue, with chauffeurs in position twenty minutes before the stated hour. Executives kept the same chauffeur for the duration of their stay, so each preference was explained only once.
The event coordinator received one consolidated update at the end of each arrival wave, rather than a message for every vehicle.
✦Every guest met on arrival, including those whose flights had been delayed.
✦Every collective transfer departed from the point announced, at the hour announced.
✦Executives kept the same chauffeur throughout the stay.
✦One consolidated report per wave for the organisers, in place of continuous exchanges.

Arrival waves rebuilt from live flight data rather than from the original guest list.
Greeter assigned to each wave, with a name board prepared in advance.

A programme decided each morning
A family office in the United States arranged a stay in Paris for a family travelling with children, with excursions outside the city. The brief was unusually candid: the itinerary would be settled each morning, according to the weather, the children and the appetite of the day.
The office asked for one thing above all: that the family should simply enjoy the stay, with every arrangement taken care of.
An itinerary decided in the morning has to be prepared the night before in several versions, and the destinations concerned reward precise preparation: opening hours, authorised access, drop-off points reserved for private vehicles, distances that look modest on a map and take longer on the road.
Travelling with children adds requirements that are simple to state and call for care: appropriate seats fitted correctly, a boot that takes a folded pushchair alongside shopping, a pace that lets a day end early while still feeling complete.
The same chauffeur was assigned for the whole stay. By the second day he knew the family's rhythm, which side of the vehicle each person used, and what to have ready before being asked. Continuity of this kind goes further than any instruction.
Each evening, our coordinator prepared two or three plausible programmes for the following day, with opening hours, access and journey times confirmed for each. The family chose in the morning; the preparation had already been done. When an afternoon was cut short, the return had already been anticipated rather than improvised.
Child seats were fitted before each collection and checked by the chauffeur. Water, umbrellas and telephone chargers were on board throughout. It was simply there, without a word needed.
✦One chauffeur for the entire stay, known to the family by the second day.
✦Every daily programme confirmed before departure, including those decided the same morning.
✦Excursions outside Paris completed at the family's own pace.
✦Every arrangement settled directly, leaving the family office free throughout the stay.

Alternative programmes prepared each evening, with access and hours verified.

A reputation lent to us each time
A luxury travel advisor sending international clients to Paris throughout the year approached the House in search of consistency, after a season of uneven ground transport arranged elsewhere: an excellent transfer, then an average one, then an apology.
For an advisor, consistency is the whole promise. It is what allows a standard to be guaranteed to every client.
Each of her clients is different. A honeymoon, a family with elderly parents, a collector visiting galleries, a couple arriving at midnight from another continent. What they have in common is that they hold the advisor responsible for everything, including the car.
Her requirement was therefore the certainty that every client, whatever the hour and whatever the request, would experience the same standard, and that she would hear of any change from us first.
We established two named contacts at most for the agency, with an agreed booking format that removes the exchanges usually needed to clarify a request. Every arrival is confirmed to the advisor once the client is on board, automatically.
Chauffeurs receive the context of each client alongside the itinerary: a first visit to Paris, reduced mobility, a language preference, a late arrival after a long flight. Presentation, greeting and pace are adjusted accordingly, because a standard is more than a script.
When a request goes beyond what we can hold to our own standard, we say so at the time of booking. An advisor can work with a clear answer, given early.
✦A consistent standard across a full season of arrivals, whatever the hour.
✦Confirmation sent to the advisor on every collection, automatically.
✦Every arrival handled end to end, leaving the advisor free to focus on her clients.
✦An arrangement renewed for the following season.

A note on discretion
The accounts above leave out client names, addresses, flight details, dates and operational volumes, since a precise count of vehicles or appointments can be enough to identify an engagement. What is described is the situation, the reasoning and the arrangement, because that is what allows a prospective client to recognise their own requirement. Named references are published only with written consent, and are listed on our references page. Everything else remains where it belongs.
Executive assistants, travel advisors, destination management companies, concierges, event planners and family offices place their own credibility in our hands each time they book. Their experience of the House matters as much as that of the guest in the vehicle.
Response, courtesy and communication were excellent! […] I received communications with the driver's name and cell, when they were on the way, when they were on location and when they departed.

DBS EXPERIENCE is a private chauffeur company established in Paris in 2009, at 320 rue Saint-Honoré. These case studies describe how the House prepares, coordinates and delivers complex chauffeured journeys for financial roadshows, private aviation arrivals at Paris-Le Bourget, international delegations, bespoke family stays and luxury travel advisors, with 30 or more professional chauffeurs and a coordination team available 24 hours a day.
Most of our clients travel privately or are bound by confidentiality agreements. We publish the sector, the type of journey, the constraints and the arrangement, which is what allows a prospective client to recognise their own requirement. Named references are published only with written consent.
Yes. Each account describes an engagement delivered by DBS EXPERIENCE. Precise volumes, dates and identifying details are deliberately withheld; what is published is the situation, the reasoning and the arrangement. The House figures quoted, such as punctuality or the number of journeys delivered, are stated with the method used to obtain them.
Yes. Multi-vehicle arrangements are coordinated by two people at most as your contacts, with chauffeurs briefed in advance, waiting positions agreed with each site and a reserve vehicle held where the schedule justifies it. The fleet ranges from Executive Sedans to Executive and Luxury Minibuses seating up to 19 passengers.
Every request receives a reply within the hour, at any time of day. Coordination is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which is what allows a change made in flight or between two meetings to be absorbed before it reaches the client.
Private aviation arrangements are handled at Paris-Le Bourget, the business aviation airport of the Paris region, in coordination with the handling agents and terminals concerned. Commercial flights are served at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly.
Describe the constraint rather than the vehicle. Our Paris operations team will propose the arrangement that answers it.
