Yes. The fare is agreed before you travel and covers tolls, parking, fuel and a period of complimentary waiting time. There is no meter and no surge pricing, including at night, at weekends and during major events.
The date and time, the pick-up and the destination, the number of passengers and the luggage. A flight or train number lets us track your arrival. Anything else you tell us, a child seat, a preferred vehicle or a tight connection, is built into the plan.
Plans move, and the booking moves with them. Tell your contact, by telephone or WhatsApp, and we adjust the timing or the vehicle. Our cancellation terms are set out in writing with your quote, before you commit.
Yes. A corporate account gives negotiated rates, several authorised bookers, invoicing per journey or monthly as agreed, and duty-of-care reporting. Mention it in the form and our team will set it up with you.
