Above twenty passengers, Paris usually offers you a coach company. The service changes, the vehicle changes, and so does the person who meets your group. The Luxury Mini-coach exists so that it does not have to: the same chauffeurs, the same preparation, the same punctuality figure, up to twenty-eight people.

The group is between twenty and twenty-eight
At that size, this is the only vehicle of the House that takes the whole party at once. Below twenty, the Luxury Minibus moves through the city more easily and reaches addresses this one cannot.
The programme runs over several days
Congresses, incentives and tours book the vehicle and the chauffeur for the whole programme. The same chauffeur learns the group, the schedule and the addresses, which is what makes day three run better than day one.
A guide travels with you
The public-address system carries to the whole cabin. Tour managers and congress organisers use it constantly, and it is one of the reasons this vehicle is booked rather than a standard coach.

What actually fits in the hold
Luggage is the single most common surprise on the day of travel. Numbers on a website are easy to write and hard to live with, so here is what this vehicle carries, stated plainly. The figure below counts large suitcases, hold format. Small cabin-format cases travel in addition, in a number that depends on the load, and they are confirmed in your quotation.

Fifteen large suitcases, hold format, in the vehicle’s luggage hold, with every seat occupied. A group arriving from an airport will normally need a Cargo Van in addition.
Coats, handbags and laptop cases travel with you, beside your seat. The vehicle’s luggage hold is loaded and unloaded by your chauffeur, not by your guests.

Our rates for a Luxury Mini-coach
Every figure is inclusive of VAT and covers one vehicle with its chauffeur. The amount agreed in writing before your journey is the amount invoiced.
Every rate includes your chauffeur for the whole of the service, fuel, tolls and parking, onboard Wi-Fi and still water, full insurance and a licensed vehicle. At the airports, sixty minutes of waiting are included, counted from the moment the aircraft lands rather than from the scheduled arrival time, which is what matters when a flight is late. At every other pickup, fifteen minutes are included.
Rates are in euros. They are a point of departure, not a quotation: the final figure depends on the date, the hour, the exact addresses and the duration of the service. Journeys beyond the Paris ring road are charged per kilometre in addition. A written quotation is always issued, and agreed, before a booking is confirmed.
We do not offer discounts. Our rates are the same for everyone on the same service.

The Luxury Mini-coach of DBS EXPERIENCE is a chauffeur-driven Mercedes-Benz Sprinter of twenty-eight seats, the largest vehicle of the House, operated in Paris by a Parisian House established in 2009 and renewed on a four-year cycle. It carries up to twenty-eight passengers and fifteen large suitcases, with upholstered seats, onboard Wi-Fi, a public-address system and a luggage hold. Every journey is quoted in writing before it is confirmed, inclusive of VAT, fuel, tolls and parking.
