Most parties of five or six are split across two saloons, which arrive at two different moments and separate people who wanted to talk on the way. The Executive Van exists to make that unnecessary. Seven individual seats, one door, one arrival, and a conversation that is never cut in half.

The extra-long version, which is the only one worth operating with luggage: the rear bench sits forward of a boot deep enough for six large suitcases and three small ones. Inside, individual seats, sliding doors on both sides, a flat floor to walk on, and enough height to stand at the threshold. Families use it for the airport. Companies use it for the whole delegation. It is operated as a diesel, the V 250 d or the V 300 d, and as the EQV, which is fully electric and emits nothing at all.

No car stays in the fleet beyond four years. Every vehicle is replaced on a four-year cycle. A van that carries seven people and their luggage works hard, which is exactly why we do not keep one longer.

Choosing a vehicle is rarely a question of the badge on the bonnet. It is a question of who travels, what they carry, and what the day asks of them. Here is who this one is for.

You are four, five, six or seven

Everyone has a seat, nobody sits in the middle of a bench, and nobody travels with a bag on their knees. Four passengers with heavy luggage are often more comfortable here than in a saloon.

You are arriving, or leaving, for a stay

Six large suitcases and three small ones, with all seven seats occupied. This is the vehicle we send to Charles de Gaulle when the booking mentions a family and a season’s luggage.

Boarding needs to be easy

Sliding doors on both sides, a low step and a flat floor. It is the vehicle we recommend for older guests, for a passenger with reduced mobility, and for anyone travelling with small children and their seats.

What actually fits in the boot

Luggage is the single most common surprise on the day of travel. Numbers on a website are easy to write and hard to live with, so here is what this vehicle carries, stated plainly. By a large suitcase we mean the hold format, up to 75 cm; by a small one, the cabin format. Both travel in the boot.

Six large suitcases and three small ones is the true capacity with all seven seats occupied, not an optimistic one. If your party carries more than one case each, or travels with sports equipment, tell us when you enquire and we will either move you to the Jet Luxury Van or send a Cargo Van behind you.

Every rate includes your chauffeur for the whole of the service, fuel, tolls and parking, onboard Wi-Fi and still water, full insurance and a licensed vehicle. At the airports, sixty minutes of waiting are included, counted from the moment the aircraft lands rather than from the scheduled arrival time, which is what matters when a flight is late. At every other pickup, fifteen minutes are included.

Rates are in euros. They are a point of departure, not a quotation: the final figure depends on the date, the hour, the exact addresses and the duration of the service. Journeys beyond the Paris ring road are charged per kilometre in addition. A written quotation is always issued, and agreed, before a booking is confirmed.

We do not offer discounts. Our rates are the same for everyone on the same service.

How many passengers and suitcases does the Executive Van take?
The Executive Van, a Mercedes-Benz V-Class XL, carries up to seven passengers, excluding the chauffeur, with six large suitcases and three small ones. Every passenger has an individual seat. For eight passengers, or for a party who would rather travel in individual armchairs, the Jet Luxury Van (Mercedes Sprinter, eight seats) is the appropriate vehicle.
Why one Executive Van rather than two saloons?
Because the party stays together. Two saloons mean two departures, two arrivals and a conversation interrupted at the kerb, and the group re-forms on the pavement rather than in the car. An Executive Van carries seven passengers in individual seats, with six large suitcases and three small ones, and sets everyone down at the same door at the same moment. It is the vehicle we suggest whenever an enquiry mentions four passengers or more.
Can you provide child seats?
Yes, at no charge, and fitted before you arrive. Tell us the age and weight of each child when you book and the appropriate seat is installed. It is one of the reasons the Executive Van is the vehicle most often chosen by families arriving at Charles de Gaulle.
Is it suitable for a passenger with reduced mobility?
It is the most suitable vehicle in the fleet for it. The sliding doors open wide, the step is low, the floor is flat and there is room to stand at the threshold. Tell us what assistance is needed when you enquire and the chauffeur is briefed before the journey.
How long will the chauffeur wait for me?
At Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Le Bourget, sixty minutes of waiting are included, and they run from the moment the aircraft touches down, not from the arrival time printed on your ticket. A delayed flight therefore costs you nothing. At any other pickup, in the city or elsewhere, fifteen minutes are included. Beyond that, waiting is charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle and is always confirmed with you before it applies.
Can the Executive Van be booked for a full day?
Yes. A vehicle at your disposal is booked for a minimum of four hours, with twenty kilometres included per hour, and the chauffeur remains with you throughout. A full day of eight hours starts at €1,240 inclusive of VAT. It is the usual arrangement for a family visiting Paris, a day at Versailles, or a team moving between meetings.
Can we travel electric?
Yes. The Executive Van is also operated as the EQV, which is fully electric and emits nothing at the exhaust, with a battery of up to 100 kWh and a range of around 355 kilometres. Ask for it by name when you enquire and we will hold one if the fleet allows. For a day within Paris and its airports it is entirely suitable; for a long journey outside the region we will tell you plainly whether the range fits your programme rather than let you discover it on the road.
Can the seats be arranged facing each other?
Yes, on request and subject to availability. A conference configuration, with two rows facing, turns the cabin into a working space for four and is regularly used during roadshows. Ask for it when you enquire so the vehicle is prepared in advance.
