How are DBS EXPERIENCE chauffeurs selected?+
Each chauffeur is recruited individually. Professional experience in private chauffeur or executive transport is verified, licences and professional documents are checked and kept current, references are taken, and training is then given within the House on presentation, protocol and discretion. Punctuality, driving conduct and client feedback are reviewed continuously thereafter.
Are your vehicles fully insured?+
Yes. DBS EXPERIENCE operates under Transport Licence No. EVTC075180190, issued by the French Ministry of Transport, and holds comprehensive commercial insurance covering passengers and their luggage on every chauffeured journey.
How are vehicles checked and maintained?+
Every vehicle is inspected before it leaves for a collection: tyres, lights, brakes, fluids, seat belts, cleanliness, cabin equipment and documentation. Servicing follows the manufacturer's schedule, maintenance records are retained, and the fleet is renewed regularly. Any vehicle in doubt is withdrawn and replaced rather than driven.
Can I request a child seat?+
Yes. Child and booster seats are provided at no additional charge and fitted before your arrival. Please indicate the age and weight of each child at booking, and the correct seat will be prepared and checked in advance.
Is my journey monitored?+
Every journey is followed by the operations team, which monitors flights, trains and traffic conditions in real time and remains in contact with the chauffeur throughout. The team is available 24 hours a day, with a response time under 45 minutes.
How is passenger confidentiality protected?+
Chauffeurs receive only the information a journey requires. Identities, addresses, itineraries and conversations are never shared, published or discussed, no photographs are taken, and journey details are confirmed only to you and to the people you have authorised. Every chauffeur is bound by a written confidentiality commitment.
What happens if a vehicle becomes unavailable?+
A replacement is assigned from a fleet of more than 25 vehicles, with more than 30 chauffeurs available. In practice, the substitution is arranged before your collection time and communicated to you if it changes the vehicle you were expecting.
Do your standards apply outside Paris?+
Yes. For journeys elsewhere in France and abroad, we work with a vetted network of partners who accept our briefing, our conduct requirements and our reporting. Coordination remains with our Paris team throughout, and you keep a single point of contact.
Can you accommodate VIP security requirements?+
We provide discreet arrival and departure arrangements, unmarked presentation, coordination with hotel management and cooperation with your own protection team when one travels with you. DBS EXPERIENCE is a chauffeur service and does not itself provide close protection officers or armoured vehicles.
Who can access my journey information?+
Only the members of the operations team handling your journey, the assigned chauffeur, and any person you have expressly authorised, such as an assistant, a travel manager or an agency. Data is held in line with European data protection rules and kept for no longer than necessary.
