The people behind the journey

Join our team.

Excellence is built together.

At DBS EXPERIENCE, the quality of a journey does not begin with the vehicle. It begins with the people who prepare it, watch over it and take care of it. Since 2009, our Parisian House has been shaped by women and men for whom attention, precision and discretion are a profession.

A House of people

Before it is an automobile experience, it is a human one.

A vehicle can be replaced. Attention cannot.

A chauffeur who reads a silence. A coordinator who sees a delay before the passenger does. A reservations adviser who understands a request that was only half expressed. A partnership manager who remembers a preference from last season. This is where our service is made.

Everyone who joins the House becomes the custodian of a promise made to a client. That promise is not held by a logo, a vehicle or a price. It is held by a person, at a precise moment, often without a word being exchanged.

The DBS EXPERIENCE service mindset

What we hold to. What it looks like.

We do not recruit adjectives. We recruit conduct. Each of our commitments corresponds to something observable, on the road and behind the scenes.

Our commitment In practice
We anticipate.

Journey times, access points, flight movements and waiting areas are studied before departure. A solution is offered before a difficulty is announced.

We protect.

Caution is never traded for speed. Vehicle checks before every departure, measured driving, calm decisions, whatever the schedule seems to demand.

We personalise.

Preferences are noticed once and remembered. Temperature, route, conversation or silence, the side of the door. A returning client should never have to ask twice.

We reassure.

A clear voice, an exact position, an honest estimate. The guest and the person who arranged the journey always know where matters stand.

We respect.

Confidentiality is a form of regard. What is heard on board stays on board. Presence when it is wanted, discretion when it is not.

We present the House.

Before a word is spoken, the House has already been judged. Bearing, dress and vehicle presentation are prepared in advance, never improvised on arrival.

We collaborate.

Useful information travels. What a chauffeur learns at a terminal this morning improves a colleague's arrival this evening. Nothing valuable is kept to oneself.

The people we take care of

You will know exactly who you are serving.

The level of expectation is set by our clientele. Understanding it is where the work begins.

Company executives and business travellers
International families
Luxury travel agencies and tour operators
Private concierge services and family offices
Five-star hotels and Parisian palaces
Event organisers and official delegations
Private aviation passengers and FBO teams
Destination management companies

Their journeys begin at Charles de Gaulle, Orly or Le Bourget, cross Paris, and continue across France and beyond. Some are simple. None are ordinary.

Our craft

A profession that is learned, never improvised.

Driving well is the entry requirement, not the profession. What distinguishes our teams is a body of knowledge built over more than fifteen years and passed on deliberately: the real geometry of Paris and its access constraints, terminal procedures at Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Le Bourget, the choreography of a roadshow with several vehicles, the protocol of a private aviation arrival, the handling of luggage and of silence.

This know-how is transmitted rather than assumed. Every arrival in the House is briefed, every standard explained, every service reviewed afterwards. Experience is welcome. The willingness to be taught our way of doing things is essential.

Our disciplines

Five ways of contributing to the same experience.

We recruit throughout the year, according to the needs of the House. Each discipline serves the same purpose, from a different position.

Discipline one
Professional chauffeurs

The elegance of the service, on the ground. Welcoming, driving, protecting and accompanying an international clientele across Paris, its airports and the whole of France, with the bearing of a House rather than the habits of a driver.

Where you make the difference: the first ten seconds of a welcome, and everything you notice without being told.

Discipline two
Operations and coordination

The command of every detail, in real time. Assigning vehicles and chauffeurs, monitoring flights and traffic, adjusting a programme as it unfolds and keeping every party informed before they have to ask.

Where you make the difference: the adjustment made quietly, half an hour before anyone would have noticed.

Discipline three
Reservations and client relations

An attentive, precise and personal response. Understanding a request, qualifying what has not been said, proposing the right vehicle and the right timing, and confirming with a clarity that leaves no room for doubt.

Where you make the difference: the question you think to ask before the journey is confirmed.

Discipline four
Development and partnerships

Lasting relationships with those who entrust us with their clients. Agencies, corporations, concierge services, hotels, event organisers and international partners, accompanied over years rather than transactions.

Where you make the difference: the trust a partner renews without having to reconsider it.

Discipline five
Support functions

The expertise that keeps the experience fluid. Fleet and maintenance, administration, quality, finance, marketing and communication. Work that is rarely visible to the client, and immediately felt when it is missing.

Where you make the difference: the invisible reliability everything else depends upon.

What we look for

Six qualities, and one that cannot be taught.

A natural sense of service
Composure when a plan changes
Impeccable presentation
Clear communication in French and in English
Absolute discretion
A genuine team spirit

Experience of luxury service is appreciated. A true sense of service is indispensable.

What you may expect from us

A House is judged by how it treats its own.

We list here only what we hold ourselves to.

A demanding and respectful professional environment
A briefing before every service
Standards defined in writing, not left to interpretation
Training and continuous guidance
Centralised communication with an operations desk
Respect for rest periods and regulated hours
A varied programme of services rather than a single route
Daily contact with an international clientele
Recognition of performance and room to progress
How we recruit

Four steps, in the same order for everyone.

01

Application

A short and confidential form. We ask only for what is needed to consider your profile properly.

02

Conversation

A discussion about your background, your motivation and your expectations. As much about conduct as about experience.

03

Assessment

Depending on the discipline: an interview, a practical exercise, or an operational evaluation with a member of the team.

04

Integration

Standards, tools and service culture are presented in full before your first chauffeured journey with the House.

Every application is read by a member of our team. Supporting documents are requested later in the process, never at first contact.

In summary

Careers at DBS EXPERIENCE.

DBS EXPERIENCE is a private chauffeur House established in Paris in 2009, operating under Transport Licence No. EVTC075180190 issued by the French Ministry of Transport. Candidates are assessed on conduct as much as on experience, and profiles are received throughout the year.

Questions from candidates

Before you apply.

Which positions are open at DBS EXPERIENCE?+

The House recruits across five disciplines throughout the year: professional chauffeurs, operations and coordination, reservations and client relations, development and partnerships, and support functions. Needs vary with the season and with the volume of our programmes, which is why profiles are received continuously rather than only when a position is published.

Do I need experience in luxury service to apply as a chauffeur?+

Experience of high-end service is appreciated but is not a condition. A genuine sense of service, impeccable presentation, discretion and composure are indispensable, and they cannot be taught quickly. A valid professional chauffeur card and a valid driving licence are required in order to drive for the House.

Can I join DBS EXPERIENCE as an independent chauffeur partner?+

Yes. Independent chauffeur partners follow a separate route from employed positions, with its own requirements regarding licence, insurance, vehicle standard and presentation. Select the corresponding option in the application form and our team will explain the conditions in detail.

Which languages are required?+

French and English at a professional level are expected for client-facing positions, as our clientele comes largely from the United States, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region. Additional languages are a genuine advantage and are taken into account when assignments are allocated.

What happens to the information in my application?+

It is used solely to consider your application, is accessible only to the persons in charge of recruitment, and is retained for a maximum of two years from our last contact. You may request access, rectification or erasure at any time by writing to contact@dbsexperience.com.

Your place in the House
