DBS EXPERIENCE is a Parisian House of private chauffeur service, established in 2009 and operating under Transport Licence No. EVTC075180190. The pages of this website describe the ground travel we design and operate for private clients, companies, institutions and travel professionals, in Paris and beyond. Each request is prepared individually, which is the reason we speak of a chauffeured journey rather than a product taken from a catalogue.

Our fields of competence, as presented on this website, cover the arrival and the departure, the working day and the itinerary, the single vehicle and the coordinated fleet. They are described editorially, and the description of a service on this website does not in itself constitute an offer, a reservation or a confirmation.

Accuracy of the information published

DBS EXPERIENCE takes care to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Certain details nevertheless change with availability and with the circumstances of each journey, and the following points apply.

  • Vehicles are presented by category. The exact model, colour and year allocated to a journey depend on availability at the time of the journey.
  • Photographs are representative of the standard of service and are not contractual.
  • Prices, durations and itineraries shown are indicative and vary with traffic, timing and the composition of the request.
  • No page of this website constitutes a reservation. A journey is engaged only by a written confirmation issued by our Reservations team.

The terms under which a journey is quoted, confirmed and performed are set out in our Booking Terms and Conditions.

The DBS EXPERIENCE name, the logo and the visual identity of the House are protected. The whole of this website, and each of its elements taken separately, are the property of DBS EXPERIENCE or are used with the authorisation of their holders.

This applies in particular to the editorial texts, the descriptions of services, the itineraries and programmes, the photographs, the videos, the illustrations, the graphic charter and the general structure of the site.

Permitted use

You may consult, print and store the pages of this website for your own personal use or for the internal needs of your organisation, provided the content is not altered and the source is preserved.

Use requiring our agreement

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation or republication of all or part of this website for commercial or public purposes requires our prior written agreement. Photographs showing passengers or interiors are staged or published with the agreement of the persons concerned. No image identifying a client is published without their express authorisation, in keeping with the confidentiality that governs every chauffeured journey we operate.

Should something require attention

The House is organised so that a difficulty is examined by a person, quickly, and before any formal procedure is engaged. The route below applies to this website and to any chauffeured journey operated by DBS EXPERIENCE.

Write to us first

Send your request to contact@dbsexperience.com, or by post to 320 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris. Please include the date of the journey and the booking reference where one exists.

We acknowledge and examine

Your request is acknowledged within one working day by a named member of the team. Timings, tracking data and the chauffeur's report are reviewed before any answer is given, and we aim to reply in substance within fifteen working days.

C

Consumer mediation, if needed

Where a client acting as a consumer is not satisfied with our answer, or has received no answer within two months, the matter may be referred free of charge to a consumer mediator. Referral requires a prior written complaint to DBS EXPERIENCE.

Consumer mediator ATP VTC, a body dedicated to passenger transport professionals, attached to Société Médiation Professionnelle.
